Callista
A New Reading of Villament Living
Callista introduces Premio's interpretation of the villament.
The development brings together the independence and spatial character associated with villa living with the coherence of a thoughtfully composed residential community.
It is a format that occupies a distinctive space between complete independence and collective living, allowing residents to enjoy a greater sense of privacy without being entirely removed from the advantages of a shared setting.
